It can’t carry on this way. We must surely be looking to bring in a decent manager for next season if not sooner. If we do does Ross revert back to number 2? I don’t mind if he stays on as assistant but he is totally sh*t as the man in charge.

I suspect that not getting relegated will be marketed as a “success” by the club and he’ll be in charge come the opening game of the season 20/21.

Ross will be our manager, unless he quits. But I agree.

Depressingly, we all know he wont push us forward, but we will have to wait at least 18 months before we do anything about it.

Then watch season ticket sales to go way down, if people want to watch sh1t like that and pay for it, then that's up to them,
and that's exactly what they will get under Embleflop. Tactically clueless and only got the job because he was the cheap
option. A word to T&T, if you want this club to be successful, then pay for a decent manager, because with this guy you are
wasting your money.

I think Ross is part of it and at face value, has a say. But personally, if Ling is set on a player and Ross doesn’t fancy him much, he wouldn’t have the minerals to stand up to him.

Banning him is pointless as he just uses one of his other accounts during the interim. Best thing to do is just ignore him. Most others on here already do. Took me way longer than it should have to ignore him myself. But when I realised I was dealing with a guy sad enough to set up an account on the other board to pretend to be me I realised I was dealing with a pathological loser.
