Nicky Maynard & Danny Rose

24 goals between them for Mansfield Town not bad considering they are 21st in the table

Don't worry, we've got Embleflop and he's on the case.

I'm sure our squad is better than what we're producing . For Gawd Sake Ross try 4-4-2. Put Angol and Wilkinson up front together for a change and let's go on the attack and see what happens .

Agree two up front and two pushing up wide as much as possible,no not Angol and Wilkinson up front, how many goals have they got between them, whats their past tract record in the football league scoring goals ?when are they in the box for crosses, are they hungry to score goals no,good footballers yes,ok yes poor service to them not good yet poor service or not the kids got five goals already, yet to see Wilkinson beat a man and smash it in,nice ,been some very poor home games this season, yes poor midfields but even then there has been a number of games even playing badly balls have gone into the box but either no one there or reading them as they come into the box

How about Angol and Ruel together ? Can't see Ross doing that although I reckon it might work , also Johnson might come good if he's given a start , players often do better starting than coming of the bench 🤔🤔

Maybe Ruel and Angol together and use Wilkinson most of the time a a wide player,he is a good footballer, along withJMD to bring on and have Brophy on the left, johnson surely must soon be used, pointless bringing him here.

Confused as to why everyone wants Angol in the side. Wilkinson is a far better footballer and Sotiriou has been scoring goals. Angol is reasonably talented but is devoid of application and his attitude/temperament is appalling when things don’t go his way.

So Wilkinson throwing a tantrum or 2 because the ball wasn’t played exactly at his feet vs Macclesfield was just my imagination?
Thanks for putting me straight

After Saturday's performance I'd bench Wilkinson.

Best player on the pitch last night, as he has been a number of times this season. Angol doesn’t have that kind of form behind him. Reasonably lucky not to get hooked last night.

Wilkinson easily the best player on the pitch second half after being introduced to the game at halftime, I agree.

Shame about his part in their goal, tho.

Maynard you still see had the instinct for goal, peeling off defenders, good movement I think in a better team he would hit 15-20 easy, at 33, he's probably got a good eighteen months left in him

Everyone on the entire pitch except Vigouroux and the ref were appalling in the first half. Dreadful game.

I thought it was Cissé who lost their player at the corner?

Cisse was marking the goalscorer.

But Wilkinson was the spare man, supposed to be stopping the ball dropping into that area.

Ah right. Haven’t seen it again, I’ll have a look. Instant impression was that it was just a brilliant ball in.
