How does this geezer keep coming up with these sound bites? He keeps on waffling on about positivity and what we have to do
to put teams like Macclesfield away, and yet nothing changes on the pitch. It's his job to shout orders at the players in order to
get them to adjust to the position they find themselves in, but he just doesn't seem to communicate with them.
How on Earth have we come to the point, where this plonker has been cajoled into a position of ability with no credentials, whatsoever, is beyond me.

Said it before this bloke is in the wrong dugout, he should be over in the pizzas dug out - and cos hes a nice bloke will even let him drive the moped at half time

At least Calderwood has experience, good or bad, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have made a pig's ear of it in the way
that Embleflop has done.

And it could have been so much better with a proper head coach and not a former BBC man under Slade.
