He's our manager until the board decide otherwise . People showing their support for their manager and team is never embarrassing . Bizarre thing to say . However what I will agree with is Ross has to change his tactics and learn fast by his mistakes . Disappointing performance today but a quick chance to put things right on Tuesday .

I don’t understand what advice he gives the players when we go 1-0 up? ‘Right we’re winning now against one of the poorest teams in the league, sit back absorb the pressure and we’ll try see it out’. He’s useless, I’m sorry call me what you want he is not good enough to be in charge of a league football club.

"Quick chance to put things right on Tuesday", are you in the real world, after seeing this sh1tfest today?

Same as those singing Stand Up For The Orient at 0-0 in a dire game. Some seem happy with just turning up for a day out rather than the football itself.

After watching that performance today I have to admit I'm not hopeful . It's down to Ross and the players to put things right , and quickly .

The players and staff are just going through the motions this season now, after seeing how shocking Stevenage were there’s no way we’re going down, players and staff are just turning up and collect their wage packet. Real lack of ambition from the very start this year, really hope the board make wholesale changes in the summer and start pushing us to league 1 because that’ll be the 4th year of the 5 year plan!

Poor isn't it. If there's a feeling of safety recall Ogie, play Kyprianou in CM and get whoever else looks promising on the bench in place of Dayton / Harrold / whoever else we won't give new contracts too. At least blood the youth rather than letting some go through the motions for no gain.

I'm going to agree with that. Even though the youth could get us relegated. So maybe only two at a time.

There has been some serious football mismanagement at the club.

Someone said next season is year 4 of the 5 year plan. What is the plan?

I’m pretty sure the plan was to get us back into league 1

So could complacency if the players keep churning out performances like today. Once safety is assured, either via mathematics or by Macclesfield going bust personally I don't want to see any of the players we know won't be here next season taking up squad places apart from a last day farewell.

If Embleton doesn't give the youth a chance to get up to speed and make a case for themselves at that stage what's the point of the academy?

To keep the fans bums on their seats would be a good start.

To write off taxable income from the US, perhaps?
Maybe to buy a basket case of a club with a loyal fan base, get a promotion or two, make the books balance by bleeding the fans dry so a potential buyer thinks we are a good buy and they all make a profit?
Just theories of course, not based on anything but gut feel.

Don't forget it took Baz 20 hard years to do that.

These guys are in deep. Picking up the hidden costs of the Italian Era.

Don’t doubt that but we were an astute buy as football clubs go.

Develop players for Championship clubs to buy on the cheap?

A team consistently in league one who are in east London, a growing area for young professionals, who are in non-league?
