Another injury-prone player.

What. He is suffering from an injury he got on September , and will remain at spurs till it heals. You couldn’t make it up.

So that's it, is it, we sign a player who has been out for four months. So now he has to heal and then get match fit, brilliant.
This management really has sh1t for brains.

Did we really need another striker ? I’m not doubting he’s good but another Central midfielder or defender would have been better. That now makes 5 strikers in our first team squad. Is that for when we go 5 up front again when we’re chasing yet another game. Anyway what’s with signing an injured player again ? It’s irritating

I must agree what are we stockpiling - we are aren’t Chelsea - no value added then unless he is fit soon - but again no pre season so when he is fit will take ages to get to to speed (no use to us now obviously) - expect Stevenage new boy to rip us a new one !

He already has - repeatedly. He predicted an injured player and was correct.

Is annoying . He hasn’t played since September .Even if he gets fit overnight, how long will it take him to get match fit . We will hardly see him play this season . Somebody at the club is seriously losing the plot

This is just strategic in my eyes.

I doubt we'll see much of him but Spurs are obviously pleased the way we have handled George Marsh he won't be costing us anything but it builds the relationship with Spurs and we may end up getting some much better talent next season if he comes in and plays a few games toward the end of the season. I think his manager at Spurs is Wayne Burnett which also helps us.

One of the reasons we are taking him is to cement a closer relationship with spurs. The next time they have an injured player who needs match fitness we can take him as well. We are a feeder club for spurs injured players. It’s certainly gone well the last 30 years.
