What concerns me is his comments of Crewe have an identity and a pattern of play. Why is it Ross that we are two days from February, you've been in charge for all games except a few and yet we still don't have an identity or a pattern of play. Why is that?
I also see he's stepped back from saying a player will be incoming, which is interesting it's almost as if he's been reading on here!
Why is he so pretentious that he makes the media guy who seems proper on the ball to me call him boss? So childish as he tries to exert the "I'm in charge routone"

If he had the cap on all night, he probably couldn't see what was going on during the game!

At no point does he 'make the media guy call him boss'.
Why cant you stop making up sh*t?
Why are you desperate to dig Ross out for every little thing and be negative? Its weird.

I don't wish to be oendantic as he is trying to get he team winning but why wear a cap in the semi darkness that has large peek which casts a shadow on ones face in a public interview
Yes, why would someone wear a hat when its 2c out? In what way are stadium floodlights 'semi darkness'?

What is smily smurfs history? He has coached kids at spurs and Bournemouth according to Wikipedia. How did he get those jobs? What was he doing at 18-25 years old? It wasnโt playing. I get the feeling itโs one of those his dad knew another dad jobs. Not that important if he had gravitas and something about him but he always looks like he has got lost on the way to the BMX track.

p w you are a moderator ok I respect that task
You are critical of people posting stuff on here
You often with lucky 999 are negative any thing I say - fine you have an alternative view but your frequency on my comments is noticeable and as a moderator not really appropriate in my view
Ok mate this is the deal
Night temp or floodlights orientation wind turbulence or fog etc etc - I would like to see a face of the boss of my side as a fan when he been asked to do an interview
I am suprised that one can see clearly the shading on the face and really it's irrelevant the cause - fact it's there and blocks his face unless I see much differently from you
Got to say Uppy you do bore the pants off me any little thing for you to get a snidely little dig in.ever thought thatโs where the media team where told to conduct the post game interviews
Radio interviews must be a nightmare for you

He said it himself in an interview that he wants everyone to call him boss. Iโm not making this stuff up, go check it out and youโll see Iโm right once again.

Yes, we know he would like to be called Boss rather than Gaffer out of respect for JE. But you paint this as RE 'making' the media guy call him it and this means he is pretentious. Fake news Thor!

Thor has ripped you a new one - face the fact.

I wonder how Ross would give a one to one ''Masterclass'' session to a player on how to improve his skills, for instance, like learning how to chip the ball over the oncoming keeper, whilst homing in on the goal ? I would guess he has limited football skills himself, so do his coaching skills just extend to theory, blackboard and setting out the cones, whilst leaving the teaching of the individual skills required to people who CAN do it, like Jobie !

In Ancient Rome, A "chosen one" was an assistant to a centurion - who led a band of men!
