Just had a quick look on the coaching part of the Orient Website
It reads like this
Martin Ling DOF
Ross Embleton. Head Coach
Dean Brill First Team Coach
Jobi McAnuff. Player/Coach
Danny Webb. First Team Development Coach
Just saying Website was updated yesterday

We appear to have more coaches than National Express .

Would seem that way Red
It does say 1st team coach
And Reece Otley Goalkeeping Coach
Would seem DW has/had been demoted

TBH, I would have kept Danny as first team coach and had Dean as First Team Development Coach . I trust the club knows what it's doing .

On what grounds would you promote Brill over both Jobi and Webb to Ross’s number 2?
I don’t get it.
Can’t believe I overlooked this last week. I’ve wasted a week of moaning about it.

Webb is shown as First Team Development Coach. Does that imply that he is responsible for developing young players ready for First team duties. Brill is shown as First team coach. Perhaps Webb did not like that.
