Something for the moaners:
Anybody else hear this today?
Heard a few reasons for it Inc slagging off the board and undermining Ross.
Didn't see him in the dugout.

If true frees’ up some money.
If you can’t stand the heat get out of the kitchen!

This has been posted by redintheface on mungo's board.
Didn’t see him! The grapevine pre match was that Webb was not willing to step back to the youth team role to accommodate an “ experienced assistant “ coming in and that caused a big rift which ended with him leaving. Nothing to substantiate it other than hearing the story in the LOSC.

This rumour was also in the match thread. Someone straight away turned it around and suggested the rumour was wrong and that Webb may have walked because he doesn't like bias towards Embleton.
He was probably on a warning from his unprofessionalism during the Fletcher weeks so if there has been another breach the club are right to get rid.
Reality could just be that he was unwell and hence not there today

If Webb was indeed sacked, to make an opening for Brill, I am very unhappy about it. It's still in the rumour stage, but that would be classified as'out of order guv' in my book.
Webby has stuck by this club in dark days until the Italian virtually pushed him out. He's a top bloke imo, and if this turns out to be true, I'll be upset.

I have heard from my source he had a bust up with Matt Harold & Ling had to step in (not sure if that was Martin or Sam) ?
Also heard a bit of back stabbing again not sure if that was the board thing mentioned in a previous post.

There's nothing to suggest that Webb has been sacked because Brill was offered a coaching role. More likely is that Brill decided to retire and accept the vacant coaching role because Webb was sacked.

Yep. Nothing wrong with a bit of churn, though I suspect that's not why you won't be upset

Did Coulson Back Webb ?
Maybe that is why he wasnt in the
Team or on the bench .
It could be other rumors though

Well I would be disappointed if he's gone . I would have been happy enough to see him made our manager after the way he managed the side under difficult circumstances during the Bullshitti era. I think he's done a good Job for us .

Was Ling there today or has he himself been sacked?
Because it looks like RE may have picked his own team!

Fair enough. I’d disagree though.
Interested to see how this pans out. I just assumed Coulson was injured, would be bonkers if he’s out of favour cos of something that’s gone on.

Best the club puts this to bed quickly if he has been dismissed, otherwise it'll be like the old days. Seems much turbulence since the Fletcher cock up .
Arguments disagreements on tactics probably. Ross never wanted to be a manager, Webby made it very clear along time ago that he did, so I can understand how he might be a little niggled, but it's all hearsay right now . Odd though his dissapearence and Brill sitting in his place

Ross said he didnt want to be manager under these circumstances. He obviously changed his mind
Webby said it was right Ross should be given 1st go as
He felt he was to young & wanted to be more invilved with development of youth .

Webb would have made a better manager than Ross.

Think this is just based on something Tuffers made up - probably nowt in it at all.
