Yet again a team set up wrongly and most creative player dropped

We play absolute crap and concede a poor goal..

Then RE forced to change tactics and suddenly we actually fight and get a penalty

Pathetic. He hasn't got a clue. .Carry on playing for 45 minutes only and we are in big trouble

If our best player is JMD we are in desperate trouble

Simply not good enough
Not just him .
Whole midfield needs replacing
Except for the new lad as he needs to be match fit
Before we can say Yes/No.

Poorest set of players ive seen in a long long while.

Yep could not believe he’d start AGAIN tonight at home, setting us up trying not to lose ! Every bloody match and why ? Where does it get us ? Scrambling huffing and puffing for a point, yet
again , desperate with 10 upfront almost after we’ve conceded yet again by never attacking

So negative starting every game like this .

Still think he’s not the man to give us the Spark the right tactics and the confidence . We may survive but we won’t improve

We wont improve with that squad of players
NL Champions they may be

League 2 players they certainly are not.
Complete overhaul needed.

Tuffers some are good enough and some may not be. It’s the leadership that is the problem, put in a dec et manager and we would get a different set of results, of that I’m convinced.

I actually think its both

No respect from players to manager
And Ross is learning to be a manager.

In May Ross would not have considered
management , he was happy being a coach

JE dying changed everything.

Hardly a shock .

Look at how many Parents who split up
after a child dies.

Ross will be a decent manager .
It is just a case of where that is
Here or somewhere else.

4 maybe 5 of the players are good enough.
Not much more , I still adore everyone one of them
As O's players , but reality is they have not been good enough.

I just hope the staff and players have enough in them to get us over the line this season and then reassess from there.

By the sounds of what people are saying when the formation stacked up yesterday in the second half we had a right go at it, let’s try to get that going from the first min.

So lets get this right. orient were dreadful in 1st half

ross as manager changed things around, Orient fought back and earned a point as a result of the changes the manager made and you claim the manager hasn't got a clue?

Surely your post has demonstrated a manager making changes when things were not working and as a consequence Orient retrieved a point

You assume anyone can be a manager. Some need to accept it is beyond their capabilities.

I assume it is beyond your capabilities.

Ross has passed all his badges &
is therefore far more qualified than you.

The same goes for Martin Ling.

Imagine that the 2 people you hate at
Leyton Orient most are both better qualified
than you. I can see why you are so easily wrankled
