They have been charged with failing to fulfill a fixture when the ground safety certificate was withdrawn over a number of issues. The club has said it will not comment at this time.
They are also waiting to hear their appeal concerning the previous 6 point deduction for failing to pay players etc.

How can they sign two new players today (Jonathan Mitchell and Danny Whitehead), when they havent paid what the owe to their former manager?

A number of clubs incl some doing rather ok now in the premier league owed substantially more to there former managers and players and seemed to do ok for themselves
