Although I'm a season ticket holder I can't make mid week games due to work commitments . However I will be at the Newport game giving our team my full support .Saying that , it doesn't stop me being concerned about our present situation and hope Ross and the lads can turn our fortunes around .

A bit concerning that Foster and the club will be reviewing talent over the next couple of weeks?

What happened to the 10 players per position? Should have had things raring to go as soon as the window opened and given we are 2/3 of the way though, we should be close to bringing people in now. Our problems now are pretty much the same ones we had after Fletcher left.

Think it increases the pressure on Ross a bit to hear the owners say results aren't good enough. Why employ him full-time if that is the case? I seem to remember a similar statement coming out when Steve Davis was here, the effect on him was that we ended up playing not to lose instead of to win.

That being said, he is right. If we can get one win from either of the next two home games it would go some way to releasing the pressure. Win them both and the owners could argue the season was up to expectations (forgetting that Teague's target in August was 19-20 points from 13 games).

Yep - playing not to lose is never good. Makes for a boring spectacle if one is trying to support that team.

Nice video from Nigel and good to hear that everyone is working tremendously hard to turn things around.
However listening to Ross’s interview after Saturday at Port Vale I’m not sure that players are in line with this.
Ross seemed well p*ssed off and must hope for some reaction tomorrow night.

Playing not to lose is all Ross has done so far . So it’ll be more of the same if that happens .

I got the same impression from Ross.

What's equally important to the players is they feel that we are behind them. I want the team to excite me into cheering my lungs out but sometimes that has to come from the fans first. Let's make sure tomorrow night that the players know we are rooting for them by demonstrating it in noise. If we can say we gave it a good shout and they, the players, can say the same then I think we will all be smiling come 9.45pm tomorrow.

So... Foster and Ling are "looking" for new players, weren't we told they had 10 players for every position lined up and ready to go, couldn't possibly have been bluster could it

Watching that video just had me thinking two words...

As much as I don’t like Staus Quo, I really wanna hear “Rockin all over the World” as I walk away from the stadium at the end of tomorrow’s match

Totally agree, amazing how they say about Foster and the club reviewing talent over the next few weeks when previously they stated that they had a list up and ready to go for all positions. Or maybe they all got snapped up at the beginning of the transfer window and the club missed out because they were so slow off the mark.
Finally the penny has dropped that the results aren’t good enough, well if they don’t improve drastically then there is only one sensible solution and that is to sack Embleton and his best mate Ling to stop us being relegated.

Nice reassurance for the fans but I’m
Just worried we haven’t got the manager or players to guarantee survival this season, we’re in deep sh1t if we don’t get a win against Northampton or Newport!

Video is bullshit. All this we're all in it together bollocks.
Where have I heard that before?
They backing Ross and Ling....... This is to counter all the Ling out stuff.
People are too savvy nowdays to believe this type of propaganda.

Propaganda because it's contrary to your views :clown he clearly says results are not good enough and no trying to hide from that.

Why would he not come out in support of the structure and team he has in place, regardless of whether we like it or not?
