Reasons to be patient

1. All the guys at the club are nice chaps
2. Only one new outfield signing since REs appointment. He needs more and they will come.
3. Only two games since Ross was confirmed. Both tight games too.
4. You look ridiculous calling for REs head after two games.
5. The club is in good hands. Forgotten the likes of cavasin, Milanese, Beelzebub and angeleri already?
6. Two home games coming up, let's see where we are after.

Good post. Things just might miraculously change overnight, that is of course always a possibility.

I agree the club is in good hands and OFF the field things are good with increased gates and Season Ticket sales.
It’s ON the pitch where fans are concerned and with good reason.
Our home form is appalling with no wins for over 3 MONTHS
No Goals from open play for nearly 360 minutes
Ross is a nice Guy but He’s not cut out to be Head Coach, his words not the fans.
He’s been in charge for far more than the last two games and we’ve won just 1 game in the last 16.
This next week is pivotal as to where we are heading, I just hope it’s not Down .

I’ve seen enough sh*t in my time watching football at every level but this mindset that Ross will do well because he’s now the permanent manager is ludicrous. He’s failed twice and has been rewarded for it. This club is run by absolute clowns.

I think we we'll lose against Northampton but we'll get something against Newport , hopefully a win .

Doubt neither will happen, lingleton are here till at least the end of this year. We might as well back them as the poison on the terraces will seep in to the players and that we don’t need nor require.

We all need to hold back a bit, however confidence is draining away within the team & new players are needed asap. Lack of shape & belief with too many fancy players will not be a success. More midfield players who can win the ball with drive & determination will mean we are gaining possession & therefore going forward.

Ross the loss said in his post match interview that we need to be patient and I quote “as we are still finding our way into games”. Well it’s mind January and I’m surprised we are still finding our way into games plus with our little steps we the fans must be patient.
We have been told.

Oh, and thanks to our Mod for starting a thread about our situation. It was very much needed as we'd all been a bit quiet about it. Bored Caca?

I don't know about you, but this opening post has been like a breath of fresh air to me. I never realised all the positives that are presently in place at our club at this moment in time.
sh*t, I'm feeling ten feet tall this morning walking down the road.

According to the OTF, Ross is "more Orient" than any of us, so let's cheer the boys on to Wemberlee.

We ain't going down this season, not even with Tumbleton in charge until May. But the longer he's in charge, the worse our prospect for next season become - if we want to make a tilt at promotion next year then the new manager really needs a decent look at the squad and the off-field team for a couple of months in competitive games.
And all this hogwash about "we should be grateful to have a club" blah blah blah… with its current support, funding, ownership, and history, this club should be in the third tier. Anything less than that is under-performance. I appreciate you don't necessarily zip up the divisions that quickly, but we have lost a lot of the momentum we built up last campaign, and the longer we persist with this navel-gazing stuff about RE & JE, the longer it will take us to get back to where we belong - and enjoy trips to places like Sunderland, Ipswich etc etc.
