For the love of God will Embleton EVER give up on these negative tactics. I am speechless !! Angol isolated up on his own yet again. Brophy stuck at left back. Shocking tactics. Panic plan b yet again for last 10 minutes. Shambles !

In whatever business you run, if your plan doesn't work then you change something. It's the old definition of madness isn't it, to keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.

You can see that, I can see that, anyone who has ever played football, run teams or even watched for a long time can see that.
The people in charge still seem to be blindfolded to the fact that Ross is clueless when it comes to tactics and being Manager of anything other than a youth team in a low level league.

Don't worry though, cos Ross is a thoroughly nice bloke

Embleton just doesn't learn and that's the worrying thing.
If only there was some sort of platform where he could have been asked about his negative tactics recently and explained directly to the fans.

And he's Orient though and through, which obviously matters far more than actually having ability for the role he's taken

Well done Ross ! Keep up with these disgraceful negative tactics and see where it gets us How many shots did we have today ? What is Ross scared of.? Everyone apart from Ross knows that Angol needs support up front. I'm sick of saying the same thing game after game.

Ross was saying he wants to bring in a new striker. What’s the point when you’re only playing one upfront

Is Ling absolutely barking mad, he must be able to see what's going on out on the pitch, FFS. If he doesn't, can't or won't see it
then what the hell is he doing in his fcuking job. Nothing will change while this affluent, matey clique goes rumbling on in to the NL.

Seems to need a goal to cause RE to put 2 up front - what should be happening from the beginning. Radio was saying we were virtually a different proposition once the subs came on - and PV had scored. Really got to be sorted out.

Agreed. But we can hardly sack the Manager and DoF now.

We play such boring football. People say that you can’t play attacking football in this league but look at Plymouth abs Swindon young managers playing attacking style but with Ross it’s park the bus and nick a point or if your lucky three

Played in a more attacking formation and with somebody beside him , I reckon angol could be a very good player for us. Don’t blame Angol , blame Ross and his negative tactics

But as is often said by some ''Ross is a GREAT football Coach''..........Well commonsense would rule in thinking that ''Great football coaches'' would work for ''Great football teams'' Ross has not got anywhere near to doing that, so rather naive and silly for anyone to say that about him.

Playing with an intent to win from the start and not playing to avoid defeat, playing with correct formation and team selection, the players we have are good enough to be top ten. (with one decent midfielder) Our position is purely down to a very poor manager who quite frankly is clueless. Sorry Ross, nice guy and all but that is how it is.
