Cos Sargent doesn't deserve to be dropped at this time.

Sarge’ was apparently MOTM today.
We have more pressing problems at the other end of the pitch.

If the new keeper is as good as we’re told, he saves that today and we gat away with a point.

He has been ill all week along with his kid. Ross the boss said so in his extended interview, he also said sarge deserves to be given his chance after the way he performed today. He did however, say also he needs some respite from being in a losing team all the time, in other words he will be dropped Tuesday!

This. The goalkeeper position isn't the problem , it's Ross and his negative tactics .

As unhappy as I am Poundy, I don’t believe in Boycotts I’m afraid.
We are stuck with RE until the end of the season, like it or not.
Same with Ling, but I don’t think boycotting will do much as unhappy as we all are, I just hope we can turn things around before we drop further.

I agree, the keeper isn’t the problem at the moment, Sarge has done ok ish. But if we now have a better goalkeeper in the squad and he’s shown as much in his 2 weeks in training with us, he starts.

Funny how he was well enough to sit on the bench, contaminate the rest of our players, but not fit enough to start.

That’s not going to work. The team needs our support now more than you’ll ever know.

The decisions have been made, they will not be changed nor reversed. If they did the owners and directors would be effectively saying “we don’t know what we’re doing”. It would lead to anarchy.

Turn up, sing and show your team the one you’ve supported for some many years how much you care about it, what it means to you and collectively it will make a difference.

Ross the boss said he had not trained all week and only joined the team the day before. I’m sure if your waiting on international clearance you’re not actually allowed to work. I think that’s right.

International clearance is about being able to register him to play in competitive matches. Of course he is allowed to work - he has a British passport

Thanks that’s different then, I’m thinking more along the lines of the work permit. Thanks for clarifying.
