Is apparently looking for one final job managing in the EFL and doesn’t mind going to a League Two club to get it!
Timing is everything as the old phrase goes !☹️

I think he would be the man to prove to one and all that it's not so much the players that are our problem, but the way in which they are being deployed.
But I am not a dreamer - it's never going to happen.

Wouldn't want him. He's had more final jobs than I've had hot dinners. Just don't trust the guy.
Anyway we've got Ross what more could we want?

I knew there would be one. Yes, let’s not get Neil Warnock and keep Embleford. Jeeez

Think Neil has a soft spot for us from his Scarborough days. Story goes that in the club house at Scar' Warnock was taking the piss out of some of our players. Lee Harvey apparently had enough and shouted to Warnock
Your shoes are on fire!! And promptly poured a pint of beer over his head😂
Although if he had got the job last week on a 18month contract there would have been a strong chance of promotion next season. Of course if allowed to Manage with a free hand.

Seven promotions and four relegations in his career

Have the relegations all been from the premier league? I always thought he's a good manager, but struggles when he gets to the premier league. Now he might argue he's never been backed with enough cash, I personally think his tactics etc. Are just not quite good enough for that level, below that he is ace.

Clearly not a fit here. Although like Holloway there would be some entertainment.

Style of football just seems the opposite to Lingy, and he wouldn't pass a reference check.

Would be quite funny if a League Two club did give him a job but got rid after 11 games.

You are right of course, but I wouldn’t mind betting that if Warnock had been appointed many fans would have given that announcement a better reception than they did when either Fletcher or Embleton got the job!🤔

That probably sums up why Orient in whatever form Clapton, Leyton, Orient and Leyton Orient have mainly plied their trade in the lower regions of the English pyramid. This does not apply spesifically to Neil Warnock (i dont really like him) but hes record in lower league football is quite successful. My point is that if someone with a proven record is available why are we never interested. I know finance comes into it but this is just one of many reasons we will still probably be in the lower leagues of English football for future years to come.
