Anyone got any information as to if Leyton Orient get any compensation fee when players of this age move to another club ?

I'd much rather a system that gave the team the player was poached from payments based on achievement and a large sell on percentage rather than the piss poor compensation they currently get.

I take it you refer to the club? If so it’s in the contract.

If you look on the link we are due money after 10 premier league appearances £150k, 20 it’s £300k, 30 it’s £450k and so on. We could be making some decent cash of that’s correct what I’ve posted.

Its strange that he's done enough for Chelski to take him on and yet I don't recall ever seeing his name on an U18 teamsheet. We've had plenty of U14's, u15's and U16's make appearences before so its not a case of him being too young.

Normal signing. He was on a professional contract.
