Anyone go to Bromley last season(evening game) it’s the same ref sent Marv off think he sent RE off as well let a nasty foul on Koroma by George Porter go unpunished
How the devil has this guy been promoted to league 2 officialdom
I expect lots of cards

Yep, Embleton lost it big time that evening. Was not good to see.

Yep, and that's an area he definitely needs to work on.

He’s on our list because so many extra refs at a higher level are needed for VAR duties. So at L2 we get the not so good ones

Embleton will be suited-up and on the gantry passing instructions to Webb in the technical area, with McAnuff in the fourth officials ear, diplomatically pointing out when the ref gets it wrong.
All sorted

Not as far as I know. But it could be a good way of keeping him out of mischief. Holloway may look to unsettle him/the team using all his experience..
It won't happen btw

For a change I thought the Ref had a decent game today . I think he got most of his decision's right .

Ref ‘missed’ two handballs in the second half that would have resulted in penalties for us had VAR been in place ... NOT that I want it!

He was okay bar letting the keeper waste time from the first minute and never clamped down on it, till far too late

Brophy was lucky to stay on at the end when JMD gave the ball away. He was the last man.

Nah the player still had alot to do and wasn't in a goal scoring position. A yellow card was correct.

Fair point, you couldn’t have argued if he had walked for that.
I agree, ref was just about ok, but to be fair he didn’t have much to do.

"Being the last man" isn't an automatic red card offence though. Denying a goalscoring opportunity is. So it depends if the latter applies to Brophy's foul and where it was
