Sign him soon? It has to go through about 10 layers of management to get anything done. :xxx

Sounds like another that’s past his sell by date, to replace Matt Harold, we must be able to do better than this surely.

That wouldn't be the case at the Grimsby end . Sounds like their new manager , Ian Holloway could also end up the owner of Grimsby at the same time . Ian Holloway will be the serious version of what Becchet ti wanted to be .

Exactly. Target man, good. Target man over 30 when we already have one of those, not so good.

The best ratio of goals for Bradford was the 2013/2014 season when he scored 12 goals in 37 matches (6years ago)

It’s actually 5 in 22 if you include cup games, 2 of the 5 were penalties.

He hasn’t scored for Grimsby since August 2019 !!

Can't see it. He is better than Alabi for sure, probably better than Harrold.

According to Wiki his wife stayed up north when he played for Wimbledon, he moved to Grimsby after one year, wanting to go back north.

If we are going for 30-somethings, why not go for Wes Thomas, London lad, worked with Ling, Embleton, Brophy, Vigouroux, done OK at Notts County, probably could get him for a small fee like £25,000. We could offer Alabi in part-ex but the fee might then go up to £50,000.

I think it's a case of the owners having to keep close tabs on the budget, especially when you consider the exorbitant salary Ling is on.

This can`t be right. It only makes sense if Conor Wilkinsons injury is more serious than first expected.

If we sign him, it could mean that Alabi with less than 6 months of his contract left, will be offered a deal to leave this month.

Currently on the injured list at Grimsby since December 14th,so going by other previously injured signings the club woudnt be stupid enough to sign him would they ?
