Does he think it's fair to throw a young inexperienced kid into the side and make him play 90 minutes in an unfamiliar position, when he's never even been given brief run outs from the bench in his proper position?

Who would win in a fight between LOFT, OTF and OFF?

What is the rationale behind a formation with one up front, especially when we often have a second forward on the pitch playing out of position?

Why would you risk your employment as Manager when you are not a proven or experienced Manager at League 2 level or above, with no safety net if you fail ?

Ross on the 16/11 you said the following in an after match interview.

"A month or so ago I said [while interim head coach] that I didn’t want the job on a permanent basis. I’m not going to stand here now and say I want the job, because that would look ridiculous.”

Since then we have won only 1 game, our pattern of play is poor, tactics seem questionable and the use of substitutions at times baffling. What made you change your mind despite no improvements in performance since then?

Ross, now you're manager, what will you do to improve the recent poor performances under your stewardship?

Ross, are the recent poor performances down to lack of player motivation or do we simply have too many players who are below standard?

Ross, will we be bringing in that long needed box to box tough tackling midfielder?

Congratulations Ross, best of luck with the job.

Got 2 questions,
1) Have there been specific points targets laid out by Travis and Teague for the remaining games this season?
2) Would you ever consider wearing a suit on the touchline sometimes, now that you are no longer interim.

Ross congratulations . How strict will you be with player discipline on and OFF the pitch ?
How will you inject passion and confidence into this team which seems rather flat right now

Finally if Martin Ling wasn’t at the club would you have ever chosen to become manager ?
Do you deserve to be the manager (head coach) on your record so far ?

What positions will you be targetting for reinforcement in the January transfer window?

We've just extended Marsh's loan deal to the end of the season.

Why you saying congratulations?
I mean you posted this ffs

Another really poor appointment . If he wasn’t the man 5 weeks ago then he isn’t now I’m afraid .

What does this actually mean ?

the board, alongside Martin Ling, have been very deliberate in the search for the Club’s new Head Coach and we are pleased to appoint Ross Embleton to that role.

Can’t see this taking us forward , we will just survive ....hopefully . Such a non creative decision and maybe not even safe choice . We’re we petrified to find someone new who had new impetus to rejuvenate the club or would that tread on too many toes?

Really important appointment but I think they have got it very wrong if they think we will progress very far.

Care to explain lol 😆

Why hasnt Dale Gorman been able to establish himself in the team?

Are you expecting any players to leave the club this window?

What specific parameters do you use to establish if a current League 2 player is good enough for League 1?

He's had a sunlounger there for sometime. Dean Brill recently joined him and Josh Coulson has a spot reserved.

Ross what are you going to do to stop getting yourself involved with referees. One thing to show passion but this seems to spill over into ill discipline how difficult then is it to instill discipline into players when you are frequently arguing with the fourth official.

Also any plans for a meet the manager evening.

PS Good Luck.
