No more after Trump got all medieval on him.

Standby for some horrific reprisals.

International lunacy.

In other news, Apple announce they are developing a mobile phone.

The EMP from the first nuke will take out all of our cell phones, then where this Board be?

Ok, so I’m no international diplomat, but neither, it seems, is the president of the USA!

Trump should have denied all involvement in the assassination. Would Putin have admitted to carrying out something like ??

I think trying to deny a missile strike is a bit trickier than denying you had someone poisoned tbh.

I think the Iranian people will blame Martin Ling, everybody else does.

They work to different rule books.

Trump needs people to know that he specifically is behind it. Wouldn’t have been surprised to see footage of him flying the plane as it released the bombs.

Election year playing a big part in that.

I doubt anyone outside the axis of resistance/axis of evil (take yer pick) will be mourning for this Suleimani c*nt.

But he was a wily old fella who could be pragmatic as well as ruthless in widening Iranian interests in the region, who was respected by adversaries. Doubt bumping him off will help to alter Iranian strategy or support for it’s proxy guerillas, and there will be blowback. Hopefully they’ll be smart and target Trump’s golf greens or the orange tw*t himself rather than some innocent citizens.

Yup, agree with that. You get the feeling that Trump would do absolutely anything up to a tactical nuke strike if it guaranteed him re-election. He's a very dangerous man.

I wanted to see things through a different lens to the standard Western media. Through the lens of the Iranian state to see how they're feeling.

Recommend people check out this former Press TV journalist called Jeremy Corbyn. Got quite the online following and said to have close links and sources with inside Hezbollah to get the scoop.

Great stuff. Thanks for the tip! Is this guy related to the Labour leader? Either way, as we both know, it's always good to get an informed view rather than the hysterical rantings of, for instance, the Daily Mail (I know, what kind of fool takes any notice of their particular kind of one-sided bigotry). Hat's off to Jeremy for having a dialogue with Hezbollah. History has shown us time and time again that you have to understand the causes of unrest, from all sides, before you can hope to resolve them.

No way!

He's come a long way from working for the Iranian State's propaganda channel to leader of Labour

How's he doing as leader of Labour? Has he managed to win an election yet?

So, Iran’s president admits to an “oops, sorry about that” moment over the downing of the Ukraine 737 jet, that killed all 176 poor sods on board, soon after they launched those token reprise missiles at US bases in Iraq when they were probably on red alert for a further response from that idiot Trump. Add these “collateral damages” to those crushed at Suleimani’s 3rd (!) funeral, then.

Faced with overwhelming evidence inc missile parts which they tried to destroy, and video evidence clearly showing the downing of the plane the Iranians were forced to admit that this was not false western propaganda, and physically impossible.
Perhaps they will now be as honest and finally admit they they have been secretly been pursuing a nuclear weapon , but I guess they will continue lying until the bitter end.

Best to be up front with nukes .

The uk USA France Israel China India Russia Pakistan North Korea.

Loads enough to destroy every living person on the planet.

Why should we be worried that Tehran might get a couple

Because they have an ideology that worships death / martyrdom/ 72 virgins and all that crap, and believe that in the end days they alone will enjoy eternal life. Thus they couldn’t not be trusted with nuclear weapons.

Dodgy double negative there Red - makes it seem like you don't know what you're talking about..........

To add to that, who the hell trusts Trump - the guys a bigger risk to the World than Iran.
