Why not? Yes, the guy’s a bit of a fud, but we need someone like that right now, not a Ling yes man.

His Solihull Moor squad looks and plays like a rugby league team.
I won’t be forking out my pennies to watch that kind of garbage football, which no doubt he’d try to make Orient play.

Didn't they play some good football in the home game last year when we beat them?
He's done a really good job there, remember they were looking like being relegated when he took over and turned them into a side almost as good as us with much less money. Don't think he's suitable at present though, prefer someone who's done it in this League.

Unfair to say that. As Eag said, they played decent football last year.
Seems a decent man-manager too.

I didn’t think they were the great. If I remember correctly they didn’t score against us at all across the two fixtures.

Ian Evatt at Barrow and Ian Culverhouse at King’s Lynn would catch the eye at the moment.
But I remain of the opinion that it’s less risky to appoint a manager with experience and some level of success at the level we are at - Paul Tisdale would be an obvious choice.

Evatt would be one indeed
Simon Weaver would be one to keep a close eye on
Harrogate Town steadily improving year on year.
The only worry is he's a home boy & comfortable
working for his Dad

Weaver would be able to pull all the threads together to be sure.

They've not got L2 experience.....we keep getting told on here it's essential Orient have a manager with League 2 experience
