Morecambe have also enlisted Adam Phillips and Ryan Cooney on season-long loans from Burnley as they look to strengthen ahead of their battle for EFL survival.

Ashley Hunter has joined Salford on loan for the rest of the season.
The 24-year-old forward has made just one Sky Bet League One start for Fleetwood this season and 13 more as a substitute.

Morecambe have confirmed that first team players Andrew Tutte and Adam Buxton have been made available to find a new club.
Boss Derek Adams has granted permission to the pair to leave the club due to limited first team opportunities.

Buxton would be a good addition, can play anywhere across the back line.

Re: League 2 January Transfer Window
The same Kyle Scott who rather worryingly underwent surgery on a groin injury in November and hasn’t played since?

Re: League 2 January Transfer Window
In your opinion , do boarders on here think their good signings for Morecambe . Edit, I bet neither of them have recent injury problems .

Probably. Rochdale are also interested.redintheface wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 7:42 pmThe same Kyle Scott who rather worryingly underwent surgery on a groin injury in November and hasn’t played since?

In light of that please God we don't sign him.redintheface wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 7:42 pmThe same Kyle Scott who rather worryingly underwent surgery on a groin injury in November and hasn’t played since?

Re: League 2 January Transfer Window
Rochdale can have him. We've tried signing injured players in the past and things didn't work out that well.Bergen wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 7:52 pmProbably. Re: League 2 January Transfer Window
Hopes to be playing again by the middle of the month . Nah, he's not for us . We need somebody who can hit the ground running from the get go. This signing would be far too risky after his recent surgery . If he signs for us and get's injured again we're stuffed. With next season in mind ,I would like to see us sign somebody on a permeant basis .
Re: League 2 January Transfer Window
Didn't notice that Morecambe signed Toumani Diagouraga.... could be a good signing if fit.

Re: League 2 January Transfer Window
Forget the "recovering from injury" angle - irrespective of that he doesn't sound the sort of midfielder that we need.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 8:10 pm Hopes to be playing again by the middle of the month . Re: League 2 January Transfer Window
The left back for Newport who is on loan from one of the Bristol clubs should be our number one target for that position.

Re: League 2 January Transfer Window
We constantly bring in injured players. Gorman was injured.. he missed pre season training, and has been poor since.
Is it too much to ask that a player is fit to play from the start?

No , he doesn't and that's another reason why I hope we don't sign him .Smendrick Feaselberg wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 10:00 pmForget the "recovering from injury" angle - irrespective of that he doesn't sound the sort of midfielder that we need.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 8:10 pm Hopes to be playing again by the middle of the month .
