Remaining at the helm, we should prepare for a trip back to the National League.

Not unless we buy ourselves out of trouble during the transfer window . Lawrence Vigouroux is a good start but how much more are the board prepared to back Ross and Ling in the transfer market . It could be an interesting couple of weeks coming up with transfers . We'll wait and see.

Might depend as much on who goes out if some of the murmurs turn out to be accurate. If we sell a couple and loan a couple more out then gives a bit more cash to freshen things up. One thing for certain the squad does need shaking up.

Angol bids (on another thread)
Alabi won't play again and will be out on loan soon (social media)
Ekpiteta interest from Rotherham for a cut price fee (on another thread)

I also reckon we might try to offload Gorman too but that's just theory based on his contract end date and being left out of the squad last match.

So Alabi has been despatched to boco?

I’d play Gorman in front of Wright that’s for sure, at least the geezer tries to make things happen.
