Really? There's been quite a generous amount of time inbetween games compared to past years and we're not playing on Saturday so why rotate players?RoryRocks wrote: βWed Jan 01, 2020 2:08 pm Almost every other manager rotates a squad during the festive period apart from RE, maybe I will be proven wrong but he does appear to be clueless. The undropables have a huge hold on this manager or coach or whatever he is supposed to be.
Anyway, all the best for the new year to all you O's

Given Angol looked shot before HT and Clay / Wright / Marsh disappeared in the second half against Newport doesn't bode well that they'll suddenly not only recover but also gain L2 fitness levels after a couple of days.Smendrick Feaselberg wrote: βWed Jan 01, 2020 2:21 pmReally? Sotiriou seems to be a fox in the box type of forward, so what is the point of playing him on the left side of midfield, surely put him in a position that plays to his strenghs, he scores goals from close in. Also, what on earth has Hector Kyprianou got to do to get a sniff of getting a game ? Played well when given a chance, yet only a brief run as a sub since. Clay, Wright and Marsh hardly setting the world alight are they ''Undropables'' ? Come on Ross, stop acting like a rabbit, dazzled in the car headlights.
Sign of a coach well out of his depth in the manager roleSid Bishop wrote: βWed Jan 01, 2020 4:36 pm Ross just does not seem to be able to read a game, well not surprising really, he never made the grade as a player himself !
I agree but the club still refuse to appoint an experienced manager so we're stuck with Ross . Lost 1-0 . Pathetic.gshaw wrote: βWed Jan 01, 2020 4:49 pmSign of a coach well out of his depth in the manager roleSid Bishop wrote: βWed Jan 01, 2020 4:36 pm Ross just does not seem to be able to read a game, well not surprising really, he never made the grade as a player himself !
You don't have to be a good player to be a good manager but the skills to be #1 are ones he doesn't possess. Wrong character for the job.

Really wish Wright, Clay and Marsh would disappear. They can all do one.gshaw wrote: βWed Jan 01, 2020 3:10 pmGiven Angol looked shot before HT and Clay / Wright / Marsh disappeared in the second half against Newport doesn't bode well that they'll suddenly not only recover but also gain L2 fitness levels after a couple of days.Smendrick Feaselberg wrote: βWed Jan 01, 2020 2:21 pmReally? It's not like they're players in form (Turley aside) - some need a kick up the backside to show their place isn't secure.
Might get 1 out of 3 wishes granted haha.Smendrick Feaselberg wrote: βWed Jan 01, 2020 5:02 pmReally wish Wright, Clay and Marsh would disappear. If thatβs where he played Sotiriou then I totally agree.3 shots on target . None in the second half is what I heard. We certainly needed to play 2up front to put pressure on the opposition defence. We will not score many goals putting 1 up front.Sid Bishop wrote: βWed Jan 01, 2020 4:27 pmSotiriou seems to be a fox in the box type of forward, so what is the point of playing him on the left side of midfield, surely put him in a position that plays to his strenghs, he scores goals from close in. We had two up front in the second half when we had no shots on target.moonwalk19 wrote: βWed Jan 01, 2020 5:06 pmIf thatβs where he played Sotiriou then I totally agree.3 shots on target .
