It will be one hell of a learning curve, a bit like Lumeka he has been pampered inside academies all his career. Ebou Adams came here with no League experience too, but at least he had plenty of games lower down, as did Ekpiteta and as such were comfortable straightaway.
It seems amazing how the management seem to be watching a different game to most of the fans.

Looking at the player position maps from Whoscored from Ross's games, the game plan appears to be Wright and Clay as the holding midfielders with one advanced. That role has varied, Dayton, Gorman, Marsh have all had a go, mainly Marsh in recent games. The exception was the game against Oldham, where Kyprianou took one of the holding positions and Wright went forward. Perhaps this might explain how Kyprianou has not gotten into the side despite Ross saying players in good form will get games: the alternatives of playing Wright further forward or dropping him are equally unpalatable.
At 22, there is no point him moving around to another team where he isn't gonna get a run of games.
He may improve us if he came in for Marsh and we got in another player to replace one of Clay or Wright.
Nothing against good players but there needs to be balance. Every Leyton Orient side that has punched above their weight has had a player was never going to play the Hollywood balls or beat three men and stick it top corner, but their workrate made them much more valuable than that to the side.... ie Simpson, Dawson, Vincelot, Chambers...... we could even say that Jobi did that role at times last season.
