Thank God they imploded.

I hope they fail in the play offs. Bunch of Billy big bollocks thinking they were going to be the top banana in the NL.

Not convinced they imploded, but clear they couldn't handle the pressure that we (and perhaps their owners) were putting them under at the end of the season. Some people on here saying they didn't think Salford would lose another game didn't take intangibles like that into account when football is about far more than the team/squad on paper.

Also, the number of late equalisers/winners they got throughout the season was helping to prop them up. Relying on that to get results is just not sustainable.

Who would have thought that Salford would end up losing their last two league games ?
I would like either Wrexham or Fylde to go up via the playoffs.

I was telling my workmates all week I had a feeling Hartlepool would beat them today . Losing to Fylde was a real body blow for them. I tipped them to win promotion this season but I must admit I hope they now blow it .

First choice for me would be Wrexham.

Yes and wonder how long the big money backers will be there if promotion not achieved next season, they all have very BIG ego's, especially Mr Beckham !

Totally agree. My choices to go up with us would be any of Wrexham, Fylde or Harrogate.

This is actually a play on bluecap's six fans on here.

No disrespect intended.

Wrexham as club, ground and support. Harrogate as good people playing decent football or Fylde from a purely footballing perspective.
