Went to Colchester away and watched the game today, nothing has changed. Players still switching off. Major surgery needed in coaching and playing staff.
Some very good players at the Os who can not deliver until they have better players to play alongside.

Spot on and the weakness is the lack of a manager, change that and he players will step up, we saw it under Justin and I, sure we’d see it once more. The coach is not good enough to lead whereas a manager will bring the players with him.
