Is this one of the cartoons being put out by a Russian owned company working out of Cyprus? They are evidently flooding the internet with this sort stuff that very subtly denigrates western society and softens the veiw Russia, for instance one of them makes Stalin out to be 'Robin Hood' who took from the rich and gave to the Russian poor. Only Google and Facebook get more hits than them which is worrying.

His artwork satirises the excesses of modern society. His style is inspired by 1930s and 40s cartoons, as well as modern comic books and graphic novels.
No Russians involved sorry!!!!
