Clay and Wright a shambles for their first goal.
Judds 2nd yellow wasn’t a booking, on reflection.

On the commentary Dave Victor said that Kettle gave just the free kick at first and walked away from the incident, but then showed Judd a second yellow after two Cambridge players got in his ear. Does that come across in the highlights?

If that was worth a yellow card, surprised either team was left with a player on the pitch.

Why are you not having a go at the keeper for the first one? You usually do.

Sounds like Kettle was weak minded and easily influenced by the Cambridge players. No surprise really

Yes his decision making went to pot on that occasion.

Absolutely - embarrassing moment for the ref.

A bit of that, also Myles was too honest, should have jogged back or moaned at their bloke for diving but instead looked all guilty and put his head in his hands.

He should have put his head into the ref and got sent off for something worthwhile.

Just watched and thought the same Just an experience/smarts thing. You can see one of the Cambridge players giving it to the ref after he gives the free kick and the other one clapping him.
The first goal is on Clay.

Poor penalty, Wrighty was lucky to get away with that. At least it didn't come back of the post and then he put it in the net as Mooney did in 13/14 season and din't get away with it.
Not just Clay at fault for their first, someone should have closed down their scorer before he took his shot.
And Judd's 2nd yellow/red card foul, not even worth a yellow in my opinion.
Turley - ghosting in unmarked - great. Let's have some more of that.

I don't see how anyone can argue with Judd's second yellow. It's a clear yellow card.

Indeed, Ross says in the interview it's a tactical foul to stop a breakaway, as was his first by sound of how RE describes it? Taking one for the team, although as said elsewhere the second one comes as a result of his own naivety taking 2 players on far up the pitch.

The first was just mistimed. Dived in when should have held his ground.

Not at all. Are you the one who hates Ling/Clay/Wright/Brill?

I don't see too, how anyone can say Judd's second yellow was harsh.
He grabbed the fella to stop him breaking away. Blind panic.
Shame really, everytime he gets a little run in the side, he get injured or suspended

It looked like he booked judd for not kicking the ball back to them, as he'd seemingly given the foul then moved on. Very strange piece of refereeing.
Not sure who gave the ball away for cambridge first goal, but that was awful, followed by a real lazy attempt to get it back.
JMD and Angol looked the standout players in the highlights.

I'm really not sold on Wright's penalties. He puts them far too close to the keeper every time.
