Unreal, what's unique about them that allows the owner to pull out so much cash in salary etc?
I'm genuinely interested as I don't bet so dont really know much about the business she runs.

The fact that they aren't a publicly listed company means they can pretty much do what they want with regard to pay.
I also think that their lack of public listing makes it much easier for them to operate in opaque markets where the listed companies shy away from, ie China.
