'Good man' - a total embarrassment

I have the misfortune to sit near a bloke that seems to think it is acceptable to continuously abuse referee's and lines people, which in itself isn't that bad until you add in the swearing, jeering and personal comments which is followed up with 'good man'.
Today, he was shouting out how these people were an f'ing embarrassment and at one point I did think he was taking a selfie and referring to himself. I did however notice that when a nice fellow, Peter I believe is his name went and sat with a blonde lady at half time the swearing ceased. In light of this I am now convinced he was trying to antagonise the blonde lady as she called him out at the last home game for swearing at her elderly mother! I did find it rather amusing when he sank back in his seat and said the comment was aimed at the linesman. Likely story, he was just embarrassed that she had the good sense to retaliate.
I amongst other's will bring earphones for the next game and suggest to you fella to 'put a sock in it'.........Good man

From the club website
Texting Service – 07776 228 298

Supporters are reminded that foul, abusive and racist language and anti-social behavior will not be tolerated in this stadium. You can approach the nearest steward to report an incident or text our control room directly and let us deal with it from there. It is better for us to monitor the situation as it is happening rather than after the event. You can also find our text service number on the back page of your matchday programme.

Just report the Dickhead, no one needs to listen to that every game.
What stand is this because if it's in the North family stand they'll kick him out.

People like this really do my head in.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been known to let the ref or lino know that I have concerns about their decision making if they have made a particularly bad call or have been consistently below par, however there are some blokes who get on the officials back from the first minute. Losing their sh*t over the most innocuous decision then proceeding with a stream of abuse for the entire game.

I’m hardly sensitive when it comes to effing and jeffing. I’ve always believed that as long as you aren’t in the family stand the odd bit of verbal is ok, providing it’s in context. However there are some people who take it upon themselves to be as unnecessarily abusive as possible right from the get go. It’s incredibly irritating.

I tried that, contacted club said there was a guy acting in an unsocial manner all during a game, club said they hadn't really anticipated any concerns about the guy in black in the the pitch. every decision he made angered me surely that's anti social.

The number is to report anti-social behavior, not unsocial behavior.

the two are very different things
