Just so there's no misunderstanding, it was me not PW that initially changed President Business's handle as a reaction to his ridiculous and unpleasant views on poverty / foodbank use elsewhere on here ergo "f*** the poor and fat". You'll see on the same thread that I've made clear my view on Sid Bishop's gammon coated nonsense as well - this is how this MB works. If you put up ridiculous views, someone's going to tell you pretty quickly how ridiculous they are. If you can't defend your view adequately, don't stick it on here. Simples.

Happy to put my hands up here though - perhaps I shouldn't have done it but what really irks me with this fella is he's spent years on various incarnations of these MB's promoting himself as some sort of hard-nosed boardroom guru who's always thinking outside the box. In reality, he's nothing more than a person whose thinking presents himself as someone just out of their box and is incapable of sensible debate on any level. For evidence, go see my exchange with him earlier this year on the Labour watch thread in which he truly ends up embarrassing himself and just resorts to the most ridiculous excuse making rather than concede where he's wrong and contradictory.

I'd have changed his username back but quite honestly am amused that someone who promotes themselves as unflappable and broad enough to deal with boardroom pressures has thrown a ridiculous level strop over a username change. And please don't equate this to bullying. Bullying is pursuing those who cannot defend themselves and are weaker than you - not a description that fits Maffy portrayal of himself is it?

I would also had been open to changing it back if it werent for the insulting and goading emails he's been sending us.
