Did the youtube interviews not capture everything?

After winning the PFAs Apprentice of the Year in 2017 at the tender age of just 16/17, Myles Judd's development appears to stopped in it's tracks these past 18 months. Do you have an insight into why that might be the case?

Following the admissions that mistakes were made regarding Carl Fletcher, when will applicants be that are only experienced and proven at this Level be invited to apply for the Managers job ?

Was Carl Fletcher sacked because our club operates as a clique and when he wanted a fitter squad playing a pressing game, the players not wanting the extra training (plus some clearly not up to league football) and coaches closed ranks and you let him drown?

You Said Carl Fletcher ticked all the boxes, so what did he do so wrong/differently from what he lined out in his interview?

Can we not be more pro active in our managerial recruitment by eliminating the application process and identifying manager/s we want who may be with other clubs and recruiting that way. If they currently have a club as we paid compensation for fletcher likelyhood is that there would have been no issue paying a club compensation to poach their manager.

Also could the club involve the coaches in identification of a possible manager or would the DOF feel that it's undermining his role.

Is Danny Webb a possible candidate for the position?

Is it preferable to recruit a manager who has basically failed at League level as Fletcher did at Plymouth or go with someone like Challinor who had lots of playing experience at League level but has only managed in the National League bu clearly has massive potential to be an excellent manager.

All this Martin Ling stuff has been done to death recently. Anything new? Doubt it.

Do you recognise that many fans are unhappy with the current management set up (which appears to be getting too cliquey) and is restricting our field of selection when choosing a new manager?

Would like to ask Elliot why there was so little video content published about Fletcher by the club?
For instance, when Justin was appointed every week he'd do a piece in mid-week reflecting on the last result and previewing the opposition.
Why was that not done with Carl? It would have helped with his public perception when he would have been more relaxed.

Agreed. It’s a great podcast and always interesting

Question for Martin Ling:
- What is the state of play regarding Orient utilising the loan system with some top clubs in London?

If its good enough for Daniel Levy to headhunt Mourinho, why do we only consider managers who apply? Why not headhunt either yourself or via a third party?

Can you give any insight into why our players' fitness levels are so much poorer than the rest of the opposition we've played in L2? How much has the fitness regime changed as a result of Michael Amoah leaving in May?

Question for Martin: Seeing as the recruiting process ( for a manager), has failed two times out of three, will the next manager,be recruited, using a different system?

Hello dOh.
doh I've been thinking lately, and knowing how much of a fan you are of our DOF, ( I personally am opposed to the position more than the person) would you, if the subject was ever raised at one of these Orient meetings, voice your approval of a statue of Martin Ling? Maybe next to Laurie Cunningham. Or failing that a bust of the man in the main entrance where you first walk in?

At risk of stating the obvious here, this is an opportunity for all fans to ask questions. The interview on YouTube was a club angle, not everyone could make the Q&A before last weeks game so this is a good opportunity for everyone.

Ask a good question, that means it will be something new wont it?

As mentioned in a previous post on here, the Q&A last week wasn't attended by everyone and the clubs interview is the clubs angle. This is a chance for all fans to pose questions to Martin AND Elliot.
