Does the panel think that the players and staff did not give CF the respect he deserved. Was there a time period in his contract when either side could terminate the contract.

As we approach the halfway mark in the season, what would the club consider a successful season when to final came in April comes around?

What exactly is a 'Global and Senior Development coach'? Is this a full-time role?

Does he have any involvement in the teams here or is he just used for the soccer camps abroad?

How many soccer camps are currently scheduled for the future and what purpose do they serve? Are they just a way for the club to make money, or would the club earmark potential signings? (the players look a little young in the photos I have seen).

Andy, assuming it’s Steve Tongue ( as opposed to Steve Embleton )who is in conversation with Nigel Travis? Is there the opportunity to ask questions Via ST or is that a pre recorded segment?

CF? Where did it all go wrong and what do you intend to do next time to ensure we don't get a repeat of the CF fiasco?

Also.

You've made our club look like a bunch of rank amateurs how proud does that make you feel?

UpminsterO wrote: Thu Nov 21, 2019 9:18 am If we have another sibling or other family relation - why
I really think any organisations that keep seperate family relationships from employment are better
I fail to see why this club is having this trend if they are related

To ne there so bang more complications than advantages
It's probably just a coincidence that he shares the same name as our head coach, let's not jump to conclusions hey.

It's probably also a coincidence that there's a liam embleton on the payroll too. https://www.leytonorient.com/2019/08/22 ... er-boston/

3 Embletons. 2 Lings. No wonder Fletcher didn’t fit into the “ethos” of the club. If he had found a long lost cousin called Webb he would have been laughing.

Steve is related to Ross and he is a top geezer. He’s also a decent coach and whilst I’m not sure what his role is now he was the U16 manager sometime ago so he might still be doing something along those lines or he might just be concentrating on the soccer camps.

I wouldn’t go all OTT about his relationship to Ross, he was coaching when Slade was here, he’s been around along time. Like I said he is a top geezer as well. Yes I’ve known him a very long time.

That would be the Cowley Brothers out of work then.
Doesn't matter if they are related does it? Steve E has been involved in soccer locally for years. I've known him since the 80s, top man.

I'd like to ask if they think Gorman and Marsh should be getting in the team more often?

I do know Steve asked the first part, I doubt he then accused the chairman of 'making the club look like rank amateurs' tbh.

And is it worrying that one of the reasons they got rid of Fletcher is because he wanted to have a clearout?

Rephrased- is sentimentality hindering us this season?

And Ling has gained promo at Orient as manager and now DoF, and RE has gained promotion as a coach.
We are 6 months after promotion, a disaster in the summer requiring an enexpected reshuffle, resulting in a duff managerial appt that's been quickly dealt with. I do think some are pouring it on a bit thick on here. This always was about consolidation this season and putting building blocks in place through the January window and the coming summer to mount a serious challenge next season.
By not employing family members we'd lose a very competent club secretary, our academy secretary and our kit man. Makes sense that a club trying to attract families has families helping run it. Too much paranoia on here sometimes.

Correct andy, some just want to whip up a frenzy over nothing.

Let the man be judged on his own merits.

The nepotistic club makes a serious of huge blunders but we're paranoid. Come on Gilso wake up and smell the Special Brew.

I tend to think the core reason Fletch left was because he fell out with the coaches and a few players, once that happens you have to side with someone otherwise a toxic atmosphere arises like it was with Bitchtits.

It was simply easier to get rid of him.

We know what we're gonna get with Ross and the current players in charge, we might be still bad defensively but there are goals in the team (when Angol and Wilkinson get back) and despite results they seem to have kept team spirit together, enough to be confident of avoiding relegation especially after we spend in January.

We don't know what we would have got with Fletcher. We could have backed him and got rid of the coaches, sign his choice of players and we would still be crap. Nobody really knows if his man-management is effective as he hasn't proven it at this level.
