Two wrongs don’t make a right. How true in orients case. First we wrongly appoint a loan manager as our manager and then we compound it by undermining him.
Evidently he wanted to be his own man and do it his way, more than that he recognized that many of the current staff were not good enough and he wanted a cull in January and to bring in his own players. I have every sympathy with him and if I was told that everyone of the players were to go the only ones I would be truly upset about would be Happe and ogie. I am not saying that the rest are rubbish but they can be replaced . He probably recognized that there is no steel in the side and no midfield .
Having appointment fletcher he should have been given a free hand to do what he was being paid to do.
I hope the next appointment will be allowed to make his own decisions, otherwise why bother .

Just looked aylesbury. I am shocked that he only wanted to bin 7. The way the management have reacted I thought he wanted a complete cull. We could easily nominate 7 for a taxi.

But is that seven from the squad
Or seven from the best 11 to execute his style and tactics
Seven from the worst 11, which could be the same as the best 11.

All well & good wanting " to do it your own way ".
Sometimes though its better that someone stops you.

I thought he was marginally better than that embarrassing off key out of tune rendition by Vinny Jones last night.

He's already here... Ross Embleton. You can see the calibre of his decisions when the first one was to keep Alabi as one of our four strikers.

See this is where there is an issue and a conflict and one that the owners are not really taking under control or asking questions about.
Justin had decided that James was not good enough, did not play him and eventually transfer lists him. There was only ever going to be one certainty and that was James leaving us. Sadly Justin is no longer with us and almost straight away James is off the list, ling does not want to be proved wrong and his actions suggest that Justin was wrong. Well we all saw James miss the easy header yesterday and am sorry to say he is not league 2 standard. But ling does not want to be proved wrong and this is where the blinkers are.
Someone needs to be asking ling questions over his decision making process. The same goes for his boy as well as he is not good enough either yet is continually favoured over others regardless of form etc.

Whoever the club appoints as our next manager it has to be accepted that come January there's going to have to be changes made .
