Stop trying to big up the cheap option RE and advertise for an experienced, proven Manager at this level with no restrictions it’s not rocket science.
They did. The club lost money last season. The only place we have spent significantly is that huge roll call for the academy, which someone posted is where the Koroma money is going (Kent may have said it?) Would still love to know how much money that makes (or loses) with our prospects being snaffled by Prem / Championship U23 sides on the cheap.
