Apparently according to various websites the ex Hibs boss is one of the favourites to land the Orient job

Do we need somebody from outside? Too many cooks and all that. I am sure that Danny or Jobi could do the job. We do not need another Fletcher situation to develop?

I would like to see Steve Castle given a chance.
Familiar with the club, popular with the fans and has been managing albeit in non league for a few years.
Old enough to get respect from even the senior players and would feel like one of our own in charge

So it didn’t work for RE didn’t work for CF now you think we should rewind and either utilise DW or JM in the role and after 4 or 5 games the results aren’t that good the fans start bleating again then back to square 1 again

Groundhog day springs to mind but who on this do called list will be happy to work with our ready made backroom staff & senior players, who don't like change & have to carry on Justin's way of playing, not that is bad but other managers & coaches have different ideas.
I can't see them queuing down Oliver road tbh especially only if you have only a month to prove yourself, otherwise it's our way or the highway.

Did a fantastic job at Gateshead last season even without any funding after owners pulled the funding and then he has lead York to a massive lead at top of National League North.

He is a rising star
