The players should be ashamed of themselves.
If it was my club there would be a few selected sackings We can't tolerate that kind of behaviour.

Max the problem is not the players, whilst the early season form did not produce the wins we should have got we did play some decent stuff.
Since Fletch it was obvious there was a problem and it was a big one. They remain the same players, yet we don't know what he was saying to them, how he spoke to them, what he wanted from them. That to me was the issue, fletch not the players.

We won't know until the full report into this Farago of imbecility is released.

I thought there may have been an issue of the players not wanting to play well on Sunday. If that’s the case then they should all be fined a week’s wages.

The players seem to have got off very lightly from this. A few backsides should be heading through the exit door in January if they've clubbed together and deliberately slacked off to get Fletcher sacked.

But what if it's been locked behind a pact of iron inviolability

If what was said on the radio is true, no half time chat or full time review with the players vs Tiptree, that is absolutely shocking management. Disgraceful.

You do have to wonder how someone so clearly out of his depth ever got as far as being offered the job. Its a monumental failure on our part. Ling as said lessons will be learnt, well I certainly hope so because what ever the process of scrutinising the suitability of Fletcher was it was woefully inadequate.

If that was the result of weeks of review someone around be taking the fall for it. If it was a snap decision made over summer you might cut the panel some slack but this was a (poorly) calculated, deliberate choice.

Yet some performances this season proves their good enough for a least a mid table finish. We just need Wilkinson and Angol back plus the right leadership in charge of the team .

Our squad have rarely looked below par for this league. Not promotion material but not relegation fodder either. Good enough for mid table which is decent enough first season back. Some unfortunate injuries both during the season and before it started. Jobi, Turley, Dayton, Angol, Wilkerson, Ling, Judd. Coulson carrying a niggle. Yet still lower mid table.
The right leadership is needed.

It'll be certainly interesting to see which of our poorest performing players suddenly up their game on Saturday...

Nut I disagree if you look at the games we lost or drew early doors we should have got more points from the performance alone, and with the right leadership and better decisions then we would be easy in the play offs and looking at the top three.
