TBF the 2nd goal on Sunday was one of the best I’ve seen in E10 for a while.
Poor defending, I know, but still a fantastic effort.
Jorome Slew I think was his name, good enough for us?? nah we’ve got James Alabi

Definitely good enough for us, only young was at Sheffield utd under 23s banged in 20 odd goals already this season. Would take their no 7 as well, better than Dayton who is crocked again.

It's a big step up. Outpacing Coulson and outmuscling Clay are not signs that you're good enough to do it professionally.

Ruels goal was a cracker, by the way. Outmuscles the lump of a centre half then stands the next one up perfectly before dipping inside and unleashing a rocket. Can't begin to accept that he's being kept out of the squad by Alabi.

You couldn’t make it up could you.

One is a poor player who seems to get chance after chance, the other is a young player with great potential who doesn’t get a chance at all. How’s that for future planning.

I suppose minutes in NL is some consolation for him. Though I’d sooner him get minutes with us.

Was at Goole and Chester before he joined M & T and still only 21 years old. Is there a reason why he was given a free transfer by three clubs?

Who are the idiots on here who still say we were right to send Ruel out?

Inevitably, Slew's goal has won the vote.

Didn't think it was inevitable myself. It's a great goal, sure, but there are several better in that reel (including Ruels).

I was referring to the inevitability of it winning, because it just adds to the embarrassment of it all.
