So just because you disagree with 'Happy Clappers' your first reaction is to hound them. Typical. Just accept that other people may have a different view.

Isn’t 90% of the negative chat just bet hedgers.
Say something pessimistic about the O’s and it’s a win win.
If you’re wrong then the O’s do well so a win in the grand scheme of things.
If you’re right then the O’s do badly and you get to sneer at anybody who had the audacity to be optimistic about their team and it validates your sense of superior football nous.
Why can’t we all just have fun supporting a team which is top of the league (and has been for the majority of it)
All seems a bit silly to me.

Very well put, Esteban, I agree with all that you say.
Folks who claim to support a team but spend most of their time slagging it off, are, indeed hedging their bets. The ' I told you so' brigade like to have a foot in both camps so that, when the dust settles, they can always claim to have been right all along, whatever happens.

I think it's a disgrace that our club won't let true fans like us lot decide who to buy, how to play and what strip to play in.
