Just to prove there was nothing untoward, I’ve copied and pasted below the email I received from Bluehost:

Hello,

Thank you for providing me with that background information into exactly what has gone on. Generally the accounts associated with this issue were never accessible to create data, but from reviewing the account with some of my technical team we were able to locate the backups of data that had been created on the account. I absolutely apologize that the account was deleted after you had been using it for all this time, I assure you it was not our goal to affect your site in this way.

I have gone ahead and opened up a brand new hosting account on the choice plus plan for a year free of charge to you. I have gone through with my technical team to have the backups from the other account uploaded into this account, and from what we can see the sites appear to be active again at this point on our end. This account wont expire until 11/07/20, at which point it will need to be renewed. I do hope that this is an acceptable solution for you.
