Criticism is definitely warranted, yes, a poor result and a disappointing start for Fletcher but I’m not going to write him off after 3 and a bit games. By the way like yourself I also would have preferred a manager with greater experience.

Not crying like a baby for one - it's a really disappointing loss but we're all grown ups.
