"A Disaster"?

Story in several papers today about Prince Harry & Megan Markle speculating about their potentially emigrating to the USA.
Story says if this happens it would be "a disaster"
Really? A disaster?
It might be a bit inconvenient for Her Majesty and Charles to see their descendants, but a disaster?
The word seems to have lost its meaning these days being used to describe something slightly inconvenient

If reports are true and there’s plenty out there today in different countries reporting it and Buckingham palace have not denied it, a showdown was had with the queen, Harry and Rachel. It ended with them asking for a 6 week break and the queen telling them it’s permanent, privalidges revoked and money cut etc.
How true this is, I don’t know, but plenty are reporting it, just not the British press.

Whatever the truth behind any of the stories, none of the situations is "a disaster".

The matter is whether this is a disaster has not been determined in a court of law; cogito ergo sum, I am not persuaded that your view on this is valid.

I couldn’t give a toss where they live, it will not impact on my life. As for it being a disaster , get a grip.

I wish them no ill will but quite frankly I couldn’t give a toss what they do or where they go.

It is a disaster for the gutter press and their gangs of manic reporters, who are they going to chase now?

How are you rating the royals and how big a sponger they are?

The Queen & Buckingham palace bring a lot of money to our country so I haven't got a problem with that but what exactly does Andrew do? Nothing other than cost the us tax payers money, he represents nothing other than himself & from what we've read in the press recently he brings bad press to the Royal family.

Buckingham Palace would bring a lot of money to the UK whether the Royal Family were still alive or not.

One minute they are moving to Africa, now these reports say it could be USA instead ?
No not a disaster if these two and their child decide to quit the UK and live somewhere else and so ridiculous to even think such a thing.
