Couldn't make tonight which is the first O2 shown I've missed this year. Just got in to see the start of the Taylor fight on box office.

Heard the Chisors fight in the car, plenty of booing when the towel went in, anyone see the fight? Bunce said that the corner did the right thing, what's the view on here?

Taylor fight is looking decent so far.

Anyone know the results of the rest of the card please? Thanks.

What a cracking fight that was, Scotland has a unified world champion. I'd love to see them fight again, that would be well worth paying to see. Two great warriors who did boxing proud tonight.

Results are on the BBC website fella. Benn won in four, Okolie in 7, Selby won on points etc.

The main event was terrific and well worth the sub fee. I had it close, maybe a round or two to Taylor but I think his work rate in the middle rounds won it for him. These two can dominate the division for a while and they will meet again for sure. It's been a tough week for Prograis and being away from home I think a rematch in the states would see a different result.

The towel coming in for Price was absolutely the right decision. He would have gone at the end of the 3rd had he not pulled out an instinctive upper cut to stop Derek in his tracks. The fight was going one way and it would have been pointless to see it continue. The booing was only because the crowd wanted to see a big ko.

No way did Taylor win that fight. Prograis won the first 4 and final 2 rounds clearly. Even if he didn’t win another that’s a tie. Okolie was in the process of stinking the place out until he caught the guy. He is an awful fighter to watch. David price nerves got the better of him as per normal. If only he let his hands go more. He did once and nearly had Chisora out. Connor Benn looked very good. Selby vs burns was boring 12 rounds.

I had Taylor winning by 2 rounds. I thought prograis in the tenth was unbelievable and if he had started from the 8th like that then he fight was his as I had him winning the championship rounds, just that I had him 4 down at that point.

Never saw the Okolie fight, but having seen him live about 4 or 5 times his fights are always boring. He is good no doubt about it, but he never excites me, most of his fights end up being boring fights.

Chisora well the fans love him and he gets to Continue his journey. One things for sure he won’t back down and will trade toe to toe and as a fight fan especially at heavyweight you can’t ask for more than that. Price needs to retire.

I’ll catch up the other fights later today.

Okolie hugged the guy for 7 rounds. Threw a punch then instantly gave him a cuddle. Ref should have stopped him doing it. But did not. It was awful to watch.

I had Taylor by one or level. When the scores were read out my first thought was 'oh that's a win for Prograis then' as I had him nailed on for at least 5 rounds.

Had it 7-5 for Taylor. High quality fight, though I suspect Ramirez gets the better of both of them. A unification for the undisputed would be great for Taylor, as I’d imagine the winner would be able to tempt PacMan and the millions of spondoolies he brings back down to 140.

Benn, Okolie and Selby are all trash, but at least Benn is interesting to watch. He’s going to get sparked as soon as he steps his protected record up to any sort of respectable level. Price needs to be put out to pasture (or taken behind the barn and shot), but Chisora has earned himself another decent payday in the spring.

Kitchs good post.

Benn is still learning though and I dont know if you've seen his dads interview on IFL, but like Nigel said he is british level at best right now and for people to think different are wrong. He had something like 20 amateur fights and less pro fights, he needs to learn his trade before he can even think about moving up. Next year is domestic level for him. I make nigel right, his story could be interesting, I was at his first fight and he was wild, just swinging for his life. Now he has more control and thinks about what hes doing, still has lots of work to do, but he's is certainly not his dad and some forget that.

With his dad and the money etc Conor Benn could have turned into a right tw*t. He is actually a really classy guy. I hope he does well. His interviews with his dad are fascinating.

A fellow o's fan is friends with Nigel and he was telling me recently that Connor was literally begging his dad not to fight.

In the same video I mentioned above Nigel shows his health report from Harley St which said he had the body and fitness levels of a 26 year old i think he said. He does not smoke anymore, does not do wacky baccy, no pills are being popped and Connor has got him on a plant based diet. He says he feels better than ever a d i must admit he looks in fine fettle.

It's like the last Rocky film where he has to extinguish the fire.
