Why haven't you chosen an experienced, proven Manager at league 2 level ?

..... Is it because you are wary of someone upstaging you and possibly threatening your position?

When you go to your local fishmonger, do you ever order ‘ling’ or would you consider that egotistical?

Why don’t we get down to basics and employ just a manager and trainer like we did in all my earlier years of supporting the club, and spend the fortune we save on back room staff on some decent players.

I think lucky is a bit salty that Diane Abbott didn’t get the gig. Ignore him/her/they/them.

And what’s with all these fancy boots. The old big leather hard toe cap jobs with the nailed on studs were perfectly fine. A good bit of dubbin on the ball, all you need to be careful about is not heading the laced up bit. Other than that it was great.

OK a semi-sensible one...

At NL league level it was clear we needed to toughen up and do the physical side of the game better to compete and, ultimately win the league. What does the squad need to improve on at the higher quality L2 level in the same regard?

also

Fitness levels appear to be much higher in L2 compared to NL and it seems our players have been struggling towards end of games. What are you doing to address that?

If he had to choose between putting Dean Brill’s used socks in his mouth for ten minutes or smelling Efe Echanomi’s used pants for ten minutes which would he pick?

Great idea. Let's just have a squad of 12 players like back in the day too. Fag and a cuppa at half time?

Also dispense with the medical team and just get a bloke with a bucket of cold water. 👍

Ah. The days of the magic sponge and a bucket of cold water, the remedy for all sorts of knocks. On an ice cold day. Few dared to get injured them, the cure was definitely worse.

Yes, when I see young players getting caught on the head by a raised arm or hand and then rolling around as though they have been shot, I would love to see a bucket of ice water thrown over them.
