I dunno. Going from one inexperienced head coach to another doesn't seem to be the right thing. Neil Harris was a very successful rookie manager.

Jobi has the stature and distinguishable leadership qualities. A huge figure in the club, highly articulate and all round a very likeable person.

Can’t think of anyone better - especially when measured against the names touted.

I wouldn`t mind Jobi, but I think he should have an experienced assistant. As that looks unlikely, I am not too sure about this.
