For me should be:

Brill
Ekpiteta
Clay
JMD

To a lesser extent Widdowson, but playing in a 5-3-2 isn't helping him.

He should not kick any arises as otherwise:
1 He will be facing arrests & prosecutions for assaults (possibly sexual assaults!!!!!)
2 The players so assaulted will be able to sue the club for damages
3. The players assaulted would be entitled to claim employment contracts had been breached and to leave club on free transfers.

I would hope none of the prospective candidates for the job are advocates of physical violence to the players in their charge

He'd be OK surely.

Beelzebub seemed to get away with it.

 In fact in line with recent events (complaint to police re Farage saying after Brexit he would take a knife to pen pushers) the OP should be expecting to be investigated by police as well for an incitement to violence

Farage still got reported and investigated by police for saying to take a knife to pen pushers clearly in context of cutting jobs.

Cant say anything now because we are all snowflakes and it's our right to get offended

I don't think it's so much kicking arses but recognising which players aren't fit enough for the first XI. Whether that's due to carrying injuries or a poor pre-season fitness programme is up for debate but a few definitely don't look right.

Under Ross I get the feeling certain players get their places on reputation rather than form. That needs to change with a clean slate based on L2 standards, not last season (as good as it was).

Arses don’t need kicking.
Belief and confidence needs reinstalling.

Agree, no 'aris's need kicking. The team, I liken to a car engine. It needs a good overhaul with a few replacements here and there. That's why I think an experienced manager is very important.

Going forward we're OK as last Saturday proved . It's the defenders who need looking at .

Ekpiteta is paying the price of Ling being so sh*t. He’s constantly getting dragged out wide to cover for him.
