Spitting image to return, will be interesting to see if it stands up in the modern day style of humour after 23 years away from the tv screen.
Putin puppet sums him up well, as does the Trump one.

A bit brave of them to satirize Vlad the Impaler given his reputation. I can see the Momentum Nazi's on here frothing at the mouth when they send up Corbyn.

Surprising how for some people are so thin skinned that its ok to knock the oppositions politicians but not there own. I see this on YouTube and American tv news reports where Redneck Trump supporters excuse ''The Donald'' for every single thing he does and in most cases, even mass shootings etc, pretend it NEVER happened, use the term ''False Flag'' or even blame the Democrats for misinformation and calling them Demorats ! Just unbelievable what with all these internet ''Conspiracy theorists'' some people believe in the most incredible and crazy ideas. One floating around on the internet is that the real Paul McCartney was killed in a car crash in the mid 1960s and was replaced with a DOUBLE and some people REALLY believe this !!

Paul is dead. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Would explain some of his more recent output.

Me too, but in this modern day and age, will it have to be more PC in case you upset anyone ?

Please don't let them take the piss out of our national treasure, Greta Thunberg. I'm fed up of all the wicked stuff they're saying about her on social media. Seriously.

Strongly agree.
That courageous young lady has more intelligence in her toenail than all of her detractors put together, including President Chump.
I don't understand those who oppose her in saying that global warming is NOT happening, when all the signs clearly show it is !
Also why not try to clean up our act, make energy greener, try to stop dumping plastic, chemicals etc in the Oceans, try to preserve the rain forests, wildlife and fish stocks as much as we can etc, etc. All makes long term sense to me. At the moment we are abusing Mother Earth and we have to make big changes to avoid disasters in the future.

Spitting Image wasn't that good. Sure, it had some brilliant moments, and could stand out against some of the awful telly that existed at the time. But satire has moved on (i.e. The Thick of It).
I predict that everyone will watch the first episode, give a few 'hehs', and then feel underwhelmed.

Went to see the live version a few years ago. Tickets were sold out but I knew someone who worked back stage and he pulled a few strings.

It will be rubbish. People like Trump and Johnson will get the full works but caricature Dianne Abbott and twitter will have a nervous breakdown within the hour. Just doesn’t work in these enlightened times.
