Obviously finished. Why can’t someone from the club, like Gilso, actually come out and admit it?

Because he's not finished, he's coming back from an operation.
If you bothered to look he was running out with the subs in Tuesday night. Der

Really? He has been ‘running’ around for weeks.
Mark my words sunshine, he will be lucky to feature 12 times this year.

I never saw him running yesterday, perhaps he was shagged out from Tuesday

Controversial for the sake of it.

Not at all. It is a valid point.
Why respond if you don’t have an answer?

Ok this is the answer as provided by the club.
Jobi is running again, he has stepped up his intensity, but is not yet ready to join the main group yet.
My bit - As a 37/38 year old man surely it’s better he gets his fitness levels up to the required level, is able to take the stress of twisting and turning and then be able to withstand 90 mins. If you watched him last year for a man of his age his fitness was excellent. Why compromise that now? Why rush him back and have him break down? His worth to the team is massive, his influence immense. I’d rather he last the rest of the season than rush him back now and be out for x amount of time.
He is not finished yet, not by a long way and he has a lot still to offer as a player.

My guess. If the team are doing OK Jobi will stick with his current role and leave the playing to the new generation. He has done his bit as a player. And then some.
I the sh*t hits the fan on the pitch and he is fit, he will play.

I think he may start to be on the bench around January 2020 onward and if so, a few games off the bench and if ok, then games in the starting 11 to follow.

Jobi will be back in contention end of October beginning of November

If the team are doing OK in mid table I don’t see the point of him playing, better to build for the future, he won’t be playing next season so give the younger players the chance.

That's about 1/3 of the remaining league games. I'd take that, it's a significant amount of football.

It was handled badly last season, in our bid to get over the line and for him to have the game at Wembley.
I’ll be amazed (and delighted) if we see him back again. It wouldn’t be the first time he’s proved me wrong, so here’s hoping.

He'll be back in the team sooner rather than later, unless there is a change of head coach, IMO.
