Great stuff, Nige. I wonder if this merely draws a line under the Southend incident and it'll be transgressions from now on?
Also there should be sanctions for homophobic incidents but the club might have its hands full on that one and have backed off it.

Nothing to be intrigued about. He's just making its clear to absolutely everyone about the club's position. Sometimes some people are inclined to read something and think that somehow it does not apply to them.
